WHAT WE WILL GIVE EWE FOR FREE:
We now supply free rain covers with every seatcover and these
are also available anywhere you go too. They fold up small
enough to fit in your pocket, they are not sewn together so they
won’t leak through the stitching, they are cheap enough that
it will cost you very little [a matter of cents not dollars!] if
you sit on them and you put a hole in them, they are very useful
for other things and everyone you know has them in their
cupboard at home. It’s true that our rain cover that we supply
doesn’t look pretty on your bike but consider the following:-
do you want to pay $25 - $40 for a raincover that you may or may
not have with you when you need it and you can’t sit on it
without putting a hole in it after a while and is not plastic
welded or silicone sealed to prevent leakage?
Or would you rather pay 10 cents for the garbage bag that we
will give you and that you can buy anywhere or get out of most
peoples cupboards? Garbage bags have many more uses than just
putting garbage in them.
HOW TO USE YOUR FREE RAIN COVER:
For bikes with seats that are released by a key just slip your
entire seat/s into the bag and put it all back on the
bike.
For bikes where the seat bolts on [why
are bike companies still doing that anyway?]
just drape the rain cover over the seat/s and tie down with oky
or andy straps or tie it down with a piece of string, even tuck
the edges up under the seat/s if you have to … after all they
only cost a few cents and who is looking at your bike in the
rain anyway?
If you are riding and it starts to rain then just keep riding,
it didn’t hurt the sheep when it was alive and you will get as
wet as the sheepskin or you will put on wet weather gear anyway!
Either way sheepskins are tougher than folk lore will have you
believe and they usually dry out much quicker than people think.
