A - Not normally a problem so long as you
haven't used the Seat Cover
[we have ways of knowing if it has been used so you really
shouldn't try to pull the wool over our eyes].
In all instances you MUST contact us first before you return anything to
us
....... packages
that show up out of nowhere usually get sent back "return to sender".
If something about your Seat Cover is obviously a manufacturing fault then of
course we'll fix the problem at no cost to ewe
....... and
I'll get to kick someone's woolly backside for getting it wrong in the first
place!!
Manufacturing faults are things like broken threads, faulty straps and fittings.
....... things
like your dog chewing the Seat Cover, you accidentally poured petrol on it,
shrinking because of hot tumble drying etc etc etc etc etc don't count so don't
try it.
If you ordered the wrong Seat Cover please contact us to arrange to get the
right one.
....... we offer enough
information on this website for you to make an informed decision about which
Seat Cover to choose for your seat, so we would expect that you will pay for the
delivery costs involved and any upward adjustment for the Seat Cover cost. We
will refund the difference for any downward adjustments too.
If we supplied the wrong Seat Cover please contact us to arrange to get the
right one.
....... we don't usually have a
problem with this but it does happen occasionally - we deal with these on a
case-by-case basis but in the end everyone is always happy.
We
know our product extremely well and we know when it's our fault and when it's
yours.
