A - That's because we haven't made a pattern for one yet !

If you have looked in the Price List and didn't find your model listed it is because we really haven't done one yet. Really!

... and why isn't my bike listed ? 
That's because no one else has ordered one yet. 
We don't go and get patterns until someone orders one for the first time. It takes a long time to create a usable pattern and it is not practical to guess at who will want what and when so we just don't go and create patterns on speculation.
... and after all someone has to be the first one so it may as well be you!

... it takes a long time to make a pattern for us to use. 
We don't just hack something out either!  We make a commercial grade pattern that can be used over and over. 
To do this we have to locate a seat that we can have access to for at least an overnight period [it's the only uninterrupted time I get to focus on the designing of these things].
Although Budget sheepskin Seat Covers are only based on the Contoured sheepskin Seat Covers we still need to make a full pattern regardless of which product ewe want us to supply.

It is always quickest to send us your seat if you are able to as it can often take a long time to get to a particular seat. It's usually a case of when we have the time + finding a seat + the owner of the seats time [usually a bike shop - and thanks to all the bike shops too!] + travel time to and from + 4 - 6 hours uninterrupted design time.
That's a lot of things to co-ordinate.
It's all do-able without a doubt! Otherwise we wouldn't exist now after all these many years.

We don't acquire patterns according to who ordered first but rather it's which one we can get hold of first. Seems a little disorganised I know but as much as I'd prefer to do things in other ways, in the end it's up to others who don't necessarily have a stake in Sheepy Hollow that we usually need to depend on. So you can understand now why we have to do these things in order of access instead of when it was ordered.

And that is also why it is usually best to send us your seat if you are able to.
